A Specialist doctor based in Rosebank is looking for a Senior Receptionist.
About the Position:
The successful applicant will be required to work at the practice from Monday – Friday. 08:00 to 17:00.
No weekends.
No Public Holidays.
Requirements:
5 Years’ experience in the Medical Industry compulsory.
CV’s without appropriate experience/Qualification will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Adhering and upholding professional a standard of practice.
Efficient diary and appointment management.
Facilitate patient flow.
Creating a positive and pleasant patient experience.
Stocktaking and inventory control.
Office management.
Protect patient confidentiality.
Reading patient blood work.
To manage enquiries effectively and efficiently.
To perform administrative duties within admissions effectively and efficiently.
Must be able to type up reports from a dictaphone.
Desired Skills:
Reception
Medical knowledge/ability.
Medical Software Knowledge (Elixir).
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Computer literacy.
Must be bilingual or proficient in English and Afrikaans.
Experience using Elixir will be an advantage.
Previous administrative and receptionist experience in a medical environment will be an advantage.
