Prayer has the power to heal families who lost loved ones in the KwaZulu-Natal floods, that’s the view of religious leaders who participated in a mass prayer on Sunday.
Interfaith leaders travelled to places of worship across the province, to pay homage to the more than 430 people who lost their lives.
The mass services come nearly a month to the day when the floods wreaked havoc in many communities of KZN.
Religious leaders want to see more intervention from the government.
And while many are still trying to come to terms with what took place here in Durban nearly a month ago, interfaith leaders say they want to bring hope through the power of preaching.
