Johannesburg Mayor Herman Mashaba has been resolute in his refusal to go and address protesting residents in Alexandra.
The mayor has laid the blame squarely at the ANC’s door, accusing the party of fanning the service delivery protests.
He’s has promised to go to the township on Monday.
Mashaba briefed the media on Tuesday, after his refusal to go and address protesting residents in Alexandra.
