PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Britelink marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen on getting their hands dirty and looking to learn and grown within the marketing and branding environment. A great entry-level position that will give you the experience need to catapult your way into the marketing world. The main objective of the role is to be:

the supporting arm to the marketing & sales teams to help identify, plan and execute
the go to person for all administrative and daily support functions as required by the team and the business


Support the daily administrative activities of the marketing team
Responsible for planning & managing of door to door teams, activations & other identified sales initiatives with the support of HQ
Sourcing, ordering and distributing of marketing and promotional material
Support and running of internal marketing campaigns and fun events
Identifying marketing opportunities outside of Britelink / Vuma
Responsible for planning, managing and executing all marketing & sales initiatives with the support of HQ
Compiling and analysing area-specific competitor research
Reporting and management of marketing sales leads across the multiple marketing channels (this includes lead checking, compiling weekly activity reporting and analysis thereof)
Management and reporting of the campaigns, online and activations weekly
Accurate stock management of all marketing material


Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
Ability to analyse data and recommend
Effective written and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good organization skills
Related job and internship experience

Digital marketing experience SKILLS:

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

1-2 years in a similar role QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/degree in business or related field preferable REPORTING TO
