Gauteng: At 19H03 Thursday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of an unresponsive patient off Muldersdrift Road in Nooitgedacht.
When medics arrived on scene the crew were directed to the Krokodil River a short distance from the road.
Upon assessment the patient an adult male approximately 35 years old was sadly found deceased.
Circumstances leading up to the man’s death are not known however all necessary authorities were on scene.
