An opportunity exists for an exceptional Maintenance Assistant to join the school from 1 January 2023 (Negotiable).
Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
Matric
Artisan qualification is an advantage
At least 5 years’ experience in the maintenance/building field
Candidates should have the following attributes:
Sound work ethic
Good people skills
Positive attitude
Supportive of the School’s Christian ethos
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties (not an exhaustive list):
Perform minor building repairs such as light bulb replacements, unclogging drains, minor lock and door hardware repair and replacement and replacement of ceiling tiles, etc
Perform major building and grounds repairs such as painting, waterproofing, brick laying, plumbing, etc
Rearrange office space as requested by moving office equipment, cubicle walls, modular furniture assembly, installing wall hangings etc
Conducts an ongoing program of general maintenance, upkeep, and repair. Apply Now
