LEGAL ADVISOR: LABOUR (CAPE TOWN)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be in possession of at least a LLB degree. Admission as an Attorney or Advocate will be to your advantage. A thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of Labour Law will be to the applicant’s advantage. Have a valid driver’s license. Have his/her own, reliable motor vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES: LABOUR

Visit of Seesa clients or potential Seesa clients, Conducting of disciplinary hearings on behalf of Seesa clients. Compiling of contracts of employment and other related contracts for Seesa clients.

Telephonic advice to Seesa clients, Conducting of retrenchment consultations, incapacity meeting and enquiries, first visits and any other general consultations for SEESA clients. Any other tasks which relates to Seesa’s services.

A gross monthly salary of R 24 280-00, R 650-00 cell phone allowance and a travel allowance of R 1 000-00 is offered to the
