#KupeChallange that has gone viral on the internet: Videos. First, it was Drake’s Kiki Challenge, then we had Ciara’s Level Up Challenge, which was followed by the Daddy Shark Challenge, and now we’ve been “gifted” the Kupe Challenge. Social media has proven that any catchy beat is like an earworm that will eventually birth an online challenge.
The hashtag #KupeChallenge started when four young men from France decided to make a video of themselves doing choreography to the Ghanian-born singer Ebony’s hit song ‘Kupe’, and — largely due to the four-man squad’s good looks — the video spread like wildfire.
The moment these guys went viral after posting their #KupeDanceChallenge everybody just followed suit. There are some girls who recorded their KupeDanceChallenge and captioned it as a reply sort of to the first video which was done by the guys who are believed to be from France.
