Gauteng: Saturday evening Netcare 911 responded to a collision on Tom Muller Street in Luipaardsvlei Krugersdorp.
Reports indicate that the driver of a mini-bus taxi lost control crashing into a tree then bursting into flames.
Sadly six occupants had burned to death and five others including a child had sustained serious injuries.
All the patients were treated on scene by various ems providers and once stabilized were transported to the hospital for further care.
The fire was doused by the Westrand Fire and Rescue Services.
