Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Barratt Road in Silverfields Krugersdorp.
Reports from the scene indicate that four vehicles and a motorbike were involved in a collision.
Two people sustained moderate injuries and were treated on scene.
Once stabilised both patients were transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
