We currently have a position available for a Kitchen Manager at a well established restaurant in Sea Point.
We are looking for a dynamic and experience individual who will be able to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen.
Candidate Requirements
Duties include following:
The candidate must:
Be able to work evening shifts
Have knowledge of stock control and costings
Speak fluent English
Be able to work with budgets
Understood food safety and hygiene
Be computer literate
Have some POS experience
Ensure highest standards are maintained
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation
The ability to work independently and confidently to make your own decisions.
Experience needed:
At least 2 years in a fine dining environment
Culinary school diploma will be advantageous

Ability to legally work in the Replublic of South Africa is mandatory.
