Khanyi Mbau hilariously nominated herself as the perfect candidate for the role.
There have been numerous jokes circulating about Khanyi’s skin, but she takes them like the unfazed queen that she is. The joke on the Michael Jackson role was directed at the offensive jokes about her love for cosmetic surgeries.
Mbau revealed on national television that 90% of the colour on her skin is the result of cosmetic surgery. She explained on eNCA that it’s what the industry wants, because colourism exists. The Uzalo actress even said that if someone is darker, they will have to work harder. Her lifestyle and skin bleaching have been heavily criticized by the public and all she did was hit back at the trolling in a twitter rant.
