Actress Khanya Mkangisa is back at it as she will be returning to Mzansi Magic’s The Queen later this month. The presenter played Akhona on the telenovela and she will be on our screens very soon.
She wanted to keep it a surprise but could not contain it any longer. Her industry mates flooded her comments section with congratulatory messages and also wished her the best of luck as she returns gracefully.
The beaut joined The Queen in 2019 and was super excited and honoured for the life changing opportunity, “Guess who just made their debut on The Queen!?! I’m super excited and honoured! If you missed it, catch the repeat over the weekend or on Monday. Thank you for all the love everyone, it’s truly appreciated,” she posted.
Akhona is Vuyiswa’s (Zandile Msutwana) niece who was involved in a fateful car accident with her mother, which saw the mother losing her life. They were on their way to a wedding. After the death of her mother, Jerry Maake then takes Akhona in as his own.
Also making a return to The Queen, is actress Connie Ferguson who was taking some time off to mourn her late husband, Shona Ferguson.
