Junior Bookkeeper: Client based in the Northern Suburbs, A Well-known Motor Dealership is seeking a Hands-on Junior Bookkeeper to join their team.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Applicable Tertiary Qualification will be ideal.
• Experience in Pastel.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping function.
• Strong sense of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Own reliable transport and valid drivers’ license, must reside in the Northern Suburbs.

Duties:

• Answering of the telephone.
• Basic administration duties.
• Bookkeeping up to trial balance.
• Reconciling bank accounts.
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly creditor payments.
• Preparing financial reports and statements.
• EFT payment and Transfers.
• Monitoring of monthly outstanding accounts.
• General banking.
