The South African Human Rights Commission wants justice for the victims of the July unrest.
And for those involved to be held accountable.
It says once it’s made recommendations, the government will have to do the right thing.
The commission is investigating the violence and looting in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal and has been hearing testimony from witnesses.
