Must have strong experience of IT Audit (Financial Services would be an advantage)
Analytical skills: ACL, SOL, IDEA, Advanced Excel
Exposure to performing continuous auditing
Must have programme assurance, pre and post implementation reviews experience
Must be capable of performing GITC . Application Control and have a strong familiarity of SDLC
Computer literacy (MS packages, Accounting Package, processing systems)
Be able to perform an audit from planning to reporting with limited assistance
Strong Report writing and root cause analysis
Presentation skills
Ability to apply judgement
Decision making skills
Results orientated and deadline driven
Ability to multi-task
Be able to lead a small team on an audit project

Knowledge of IT control frameworks (e.g. COBIT)
Code of Internal Auditors
Internal Audit planning

Internal Audit execution and review

Conclude & report findings

Brand building and service delivery

Candidate Requirements

Relevant 3year bachelor’s degree (B.Comm IT / BSc IT)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) advantageous
3 – 5 years internal / external audit experience, with at least 3 years in IT security and infrastructure
Honours degree in IT
CISA
CISM, CRISK,
CGEIT, COBIT. Project Management Certification will be an advantaqe
3 years Internal Audit or relevant experience in

5 – 7 vears Internal Audit or relevant experience in IT
