In a bid to appease irate passengers, Kulula airline is offering refunds.
The airline was grounded for five days last week by the Civil Aviation Authority which had flagged safety concerns.
The Comair subsidiary says they are willing to credit tickets for those customers who were affected by the flight cancellations.
The CAA had suspended both British Airways and Kulula airlines after Comair failed to meet certain safety regulations.
The company has been making headlines after a spate of midair flight emergencies.
