After seven years of an ongoing court battle, the sons of the late IPHC church, Bishop Glayton Modise, have told the court they are permanently withdrawing from the ongoing court succession battle with costs.
The move is happening two weeks before the trial.
The brothers say they will be uniting against the church leader of the IPHC Jerusalem church, Michael Sandlana.
