This vacancy is based at our Centurion Head Office.
ROLE PURPOSE
To provide an effective and efficient service to clients (internal and external) by receiving, evaluating and responding to queries timeously as well as facilitate the take on of a new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
Coordinate effective take-on of new groups joining
Coordinate effective collation and distribution of member packs (new and re-prints)
Effective and efficient data capture and processing of new business documentation when required
Assist the sales channel with resolving all queries received efficiently, and effectively
Assist the product owners with resolving all queries received efficiently, and effectively
Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements
Maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Ensure high quality of all outputs
Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly
Drive and support effective teamwork within the department
Demonstrate the company’s values on a daily basis
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

The willingness and capacity to adjust to change while remaining effective and task-focused

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Matric
Minimum of 2-3 years of client service experience
Good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
Knowledge of Momentum product offerings would be an advantage
Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage
