My Customer in Edenvale is urgently looking looking for a female assistant for our Sales Department. The successful candidate will require the following skills / experience in: –

· Excel – Creating / updating of various reports

· Word – Creating / updating of various reports

· E-mailing – Receive and answer e-mails.

· Computer experience – (training will be given in preparing quotes, receiving customer’s orders and processing them.)

· Monitoring – Follow up, of orders in progress.

· Telephone skills – Must be able to receive calls, take down information correctly and deal with customer queries.

· The candidate should be punctual, reliable, diligent and meticulous. It will be necessary to pay great attention to detail, as they will be working with many part numbers.

· Should be able to handle and work, under pressure.

Training will be given on the company’s various computer systems, so the candidate should be willing to learn.

Some hands-on work will be required; for example, checking stock of components, checking on progress of orders, through the production/assembly /packing /despatch process.

Training will also be given on Quality Control/ Quality Assurance.
