Client is in the market for an hands on HR Specialist for their HQ Branch. You will be working closely with the HR Director and L&D Manager.
Your general role will be to manage the Payroll process and support the team with full scope HR generalist duties.
Requirements:

Strong Sage VIP experience a big plus
·
MS Office (Excel)
·
Payroll experience
·
HR or related qualification
·
Fluent English
Duties:
·
Manage the Payroll process
·
Employees contracts update and revue, contracts filing
·
HR Forms Development, develop design and amend contracts
·
Do quarterly KPI appraisals in conjunction with line managers
·
New employees inductions process as per company hand book
·
Probation appraisals
·
Manage the current Employment Equity process
·
Set development targets in conjunction with EE and BBBEE requirements
·
Manage the current skills development process
·
Set forum meetings and maintain reports (Minutes)
·
Compile workforce schedules as required
·
File yearly reports in conjunction with facilitator
·
Apply the company’s rules and regulations
·
Organize disciplinary hearings and take disciplinary action where necessary
·
Attend arbitration and conciliation hearings
·
Update employees files and ERP system with actions taken
