HR Generalist to support all employees with HR services and act as the main point of contact for all HR related matters
The ideal candidate must:
Assist with recruitment campaigns
Conduct grading and benchmarking processes
Conduct the induction program
Create and maintain employee information on VIP and ESS and manage leave
Implement employee wellness programs
Employment verifications
Assist with performance management process
Keep accurate records of all employee information
Assist with WSP, ATR and EE processes and reporting
Act as first point of interest for disciplinary and grievance matters
Compile regular reports
General HR assistance
Candidate Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification
3-4 Years experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of labour legislation and HR practices
Fluent in English, written and oral
Attention to detail
This position reports to HR Manager
