Handyman & Gardner wanted urgently: Salary R4 500 – R6 000 per month.
Keep inside of the admin offices clean (including toilets, kitchen and all offices)
Keep inside of the warehouses clean (both Food grade and Habot) and tidy at all times including lab, toilets and kitchen.
Tend to the garden and ensure it is kept clean and plants are watered and adequately maintained at all times.
Keep the site clean entire site, including outside of parameter wall.
Ensure that gutters are cleaned and maintained.
Ensure that no birds are nesting in the factory/warehouse
Help manage and keep inventory of flow bins and drums and recycling of material.
Ensure adequate supply of toilet paper and all cleaning materials etc
Ensure the correct PPE is used when carrying out all cleaning and maintenance duties.
Fix small plumbing and other maintenance problems that is within you knowledge scope to carry out.
Procure/call out experts/suppliers to carryout maintenance work that is beyond your knowledge scope.
Ensure that bins and rubble are collected.
Perform other adhoc duties related to site maintenance
Ensure equipment is keep safely locked up at all times when not in use and do count of all equipment on a regular basis.
Occasionally assist with hosting visitors i.e tea and coffee preparation etc
