Hamilton Ndlovu and his companies have been ordered to repay R158-million.
He acquired the money through a fraudulent COVID-19 PPE contract.
Ndlovu made headlines when he flashed a fleet of luxury vehicles on social media.
He had unlawfully scored a R172-million contract from the National Health Laboratory Services.
eNCA revealed the Special Tribunal ordered Ndlovu’s properties and luxury vehicles to be forfeited to the state.
Judge Lebogang Modiba handed down judgment electronically on Tuesday.
