Tshegofatso Pule family hoping Shoba will not be granted bail

The family of Tshegofatso Pule says they are hoping Ntuthuko Shoba will not be granted bail.

They say they are hoping for justice when the trial begins on 4 October.

A heavily pregnant Pule was found hanging from a tree in Durban Deep with stab wounds to her chest.

Tshegofatso Pule’s uncle Tumisang Katake said: “It’s been a long wait. We are looking forward. We hope that on the 4th nothing will actually disturb the commencement of the case.

“So we are hoping that on the 4th when that day comes, the trial resumes. Then we will await the rest of the details that will unfold in court. We are not going to find closure until this case is done.”
