METSIMAHOLO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY is urgently seeking Admin Clerk, Receptionist, Data Capture, Drivers and General workers

General Duties:

Resolves various queries
Operates various office machinery
Provides back-up assistance to other clerical positions as required

Critical Skills:

Grade 12 / Equivalent Essential
NQF 4 / Recognition of prior learning
Relevant debtors and admin experience
Proficient in MS Office with the excellent computer skills knowledge
Must have good telephone skills
Ability to listen and interpret information accurately
Planning and organizing skills
Numerical Skills
Good communication skills are essential; a person must be well-spoken A pleasant and controlled manner of dealing with people at all times
Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities
Ability to follow specified procedures in the completion of their duties
