KZN taverns vow to join fight against gender-based violence

Taverns in KwaZulu-Natal are promising to join in the fight against gender-based violence.

The establishments have been hosting dialogues on gender-based violence.

This is part of an initiative to educate men on how to drive positive change in their communities around gender-based violence.

Police Minister Bheki Cele has previously noted that liquor consumption plays a role in crime and violence.
