Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku joins nurses at Zone 17 clinic at Sebokng to celebrate International Nurses Day. Throughout the world, International Nurses Day is celebrated on 12 May. The day also marks the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing and infection control.

The provincial health department says Masuku’s visit is part of the Employee Value Proposition programme which is aimed at providing staff morale and recognising excellence in the department.
