Job Description:
Communicate fund performance and positioning to sales and distribution team.
Communicate fund performance and positioning to Financial Planners and Private Bankers
Communicate fund performance and positioning to Independent Financial Advisors and Asset Consultants.
Manage relationships with potential and existing Asset Managers with whom we invest.
Conduct thorough investment research by using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Make appropriate investment recommendations based on research conducted.
Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals
Culture building initiatives (eg: staff surveys etc).
Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (eg: . Green Strategy).
Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying
and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value.
Monitor investment funds regularly by Risk and Compliance Officer using regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Chartered Financial Anallyst (CFA) and post graduate degree in Finance and Economics
3-5 years experience in similar or related role
FAIS Credits and RE5/RE1 Qualifications
Willing to Travel around Cape Town
