Manage the salon diary
Manage the stylists and their time and diaries
Manage customer expectation
Manage the customer service at a superior level
Must want to be the face of the Salon and the go-to person for customers
Seeking a strong person not afraid to speak to clients
Manage the salon computer software
Basic administration, invoicing and cashing up
Candidate profile:
We are looking for a professional and personable Front Line Coordinator to manage the customer service and bookings
Must take pride in self and your presentation to the public
Must want to work with people and love people interaction dealing with young to old
Strong people management skills
Must have:
Exceptional Customer service skills
