Former correctional services commissioner Linda Mti is expected in court on Thursday.
His former colleague Patrick Gillingham appeared in court over alleged corruption on Wednesday.
Angelo Agrizzi and Andries van Tonder, were arrested, charged and released on bail.
Also in court and set to be charged on another indictment are Bosasa’s Carlos Bonafacio and Frans Vorster.
The accused were ordered to hand over their passports and granted R20,000 bail.
Their next appearance is on 27 March.
