Former Police Minister Nathi Nhleko continuing his testimony at the state capture inquiry on Wednesday.
The commission is hearing evidence relating to allegations of corruption at the law enforcement agencies.
Nhleko claims the Independent Police Investigative Directorate was involved in a cover-up to protect Hawks leaders. He testified about the 2010 Zimbabwe rendition saga.
