
Angelo Agrizzi’s deteriorating health triggered the latest postponement to the R1.8-billion Bosasa fraud and corruption case.
The court case has been postponed to 21 January 2022, while another court considers Agrizzi’s fitness to stand trial.
The former Chief Operations Officer and three others stand accused in the matter.
The case relates to four tenders awarded to Bosasa and its subsidiaries between August 2004 and 2007.
