Move over Mark Zuckerberg. At 21, Kylie Jenner has been named the youngest-ever, self-made billionaire by Forbes magazine.
Forbes estimated that Kylie’s Kylie Cosmetics is worth at least $900m, and she owns it all. She hits the billion-dollar mark when you add in cash she has already pulled from the profitable business, the magazine said.
Facebook’s Zuckerberg was 23 when he hit the big B mark.
Kylie was ranked at number 27 on Forbes’ annual list of America’s Richest Self-Made Women in 2018, with the magazine predicting she would become the youngest self-made billionaire.
Speaking to Forbes about the milestone, the make-up mogul said: “I didn’t expect anything. I did not foresee the future. But [the recognition] feels really good. That’s a nice pat on the back
Forbes says as long as she didn’t inherit a business or money, she is labelled self-made.
Following the big announcement on Tuesday, Twitter lit up with people sharing what they think about Kylie’s new title and it’s a big bag of mixed feelings.
Haven't we gone over this?

Kylie Jenner is a billionaire but everyone is mad at the headline or claiming she’s this or that. Guess what, she has a billion reasons why she doesn’t care about none of this nonsense. https://t.co/TD17z5FB7U
