Parts of Gauteng are still drenched in water with visible damage to public and private property. This after heavy rain fell hard since Friday night.
Forecasters say you can expect wet weather to last until Sunday.
Homes in some parts of Alexandra have also been flooded.
Meanwhile, the Gauteng Heath and Infrastructure Departments dispatched teams to intervene in health facilities affected by heavy rains.
Officials are hoping to ensure minimum interruption of services and say everything is under control.
