Introduction
We are seeking a pro-active influencer to join our Dealer Sales team as a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
Authorizing the appropriate payment or referring claims to investigators for further review
Conducting data entry and re-work
Analysing and identifying trends
Providing reports as necessary.

Providing expertise and/or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
Authorising appropriate payment or refer claims to investigators for further review
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Responding to claims appeals and queries.

Customer
Analysing and identify trends and provides reports as necessary
Understanding and implementing IG’s “Treating Customers Fairly” policy
Communicating with Internal and External clients and Repairing Agents
Ensuring that SLA’s are met within the call centre
Exceeding claims turnaround times to be above SLA requirements.

Conduct
Ensuring departmental adherence to company policies and procedures
Ensuring all processes within the claims area are monitored and where required are improved upon to provide better service delivery to clients and reduction of cost and mitigation of risk
Managing complaints and escalations received within 24 hours (staff must be aware of process)
Auditing 10 – 15% of the team’s claims and achieve minimum 95% of the claims compliant to the TCF Principles & quality.

People Management
Supporting the line manager for the area to develop a high performing team by conducting daily and weekly operational performance discussions and assisting employees to prepare the portfolio of evidence for formal performance development discussions
Coaching and mentoring team members daily on how to improve their own productivity and use of Innovation Group’s processes and systems
Based on training plans agreed with the line manager of the area, monitoring team members to ensure that planned training is undertaken.
Establishing and maintaining a succession plan for the team.

Requirements
Diploma or Equivalent NQF Level 6 Qualifications in Business Management
Qualified Mechanic or skilled Motor Technician
Mechanical Diploma or equivalent
RE 5
FAIS
A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ supervision experience
A minimum of 2 years’ Service Plan, Maintenance and Warranty Claims experience
3 years Call Centre experience.
