Job Purpose:
To offer the full support regarding Consignment stock for the set of hospitals allocated for you to control. To be a single point of contact regarding those hospitals for the business, sales representatives, hospitals and third-party suppliers for a certain set of hospitals. To ensure all consignment stock/sets and modules are up to date and reflecting correctly in both systems SAP and JDE.
To assist when required in the physical placement of new consignment stock and removing there off. To handle queries and resolve complaints by following internal complaint handling procedures. Ensuring that all queries and complaints are handled and resolved in a timeous and professional manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities are:
Principle accountabilities
Visit all hospitals allocated to you on a weekly basis.
To investigate all variances and report to National Consignment team leader.
Capture all consignment counts off all sets and modules.
Manage consignment on all sets.
Make sure all usages are captured and is correct.
Build a strong relationship with Sales and the Customer.
Ensure all customers have valid signed contracts on file.
Coordinate level amendment requests between the Reps, planning and the warehouse.
Place new consignment stock when ready at the Rep’s request and insure signed placement letters are filed.
When stock is uplifted ensure that signed removal letters are retrieved and filed.
Make sure all action performant is according to the Quality and Compliance processes.
Ensure confirmation of replenishment of expiring stock is received from the Rep prior to coordinating replenishments with CS.
Problem-solving and query resolution.
Complaint handling and escalation.
Weekly reports to be handed to National Consignment Team Leader
Liaise with logistics to ensure stock ordered correctly to supply levels for consignment hospitals
Over and under statuses to be done weekly to ensure accuracy of stock
Assist with the physical uplifting of expiring stock when required.
Assist with stock takes.

Qualifications:
The Qualifying Requirements are:
Grade 12 – B Degree advantageous
Drivers’ License
Strong analytical skills – Ability to effectively manage large amounts of data and identify trends, gaps, & opportunities
Foundational supply chain knowledge and comfortable with financial concepts
Interest and potential to grow in a planning organization
Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong customer orientation and ability to represent J&J in front of the customer
Proven capacity to quickly adapt into a new environment. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Actively support Credo based behavior, company policies and ethic
Comfortable in using/learning SAP, including MyMediset module
Intermediate to advanced Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
