Fezile Mkhize has become one of Mzansi’s most desired young men – he is a doctor, Cosmo’s Sexiest Man, Mr World South Africa,# and Mr World Africa. The whole package. As if all that wasn’t enough to make him a favourite with the ladies, he’s got a very caring heart as well. Fezile wants to use his Mr World Africa title in his passionate fight against HIV/Aids.
Fezile recently came back from the Mr World pageant in the Philippines, where he bagged the Mr World Africa crown, and already has plans on what to do with the fame that comes with it.
