This client deals with all the OEM’s in Port Elizabeth and they are seeking to employ a Factory/Facility Maintenance Building Supervisor / Manager for their Plant.

Main Requirements:

Must have Matric with relevant work experience
Must have a Diploma in Building or Civil
At least 3 – 5 years work experience
Supervisory / Management experience
Drivers License and Own Transport

About the actual position:

This client is considering a facility extension, but this would not form part of his/her general duties
The client is constantly upgrading and refining the factory, and this includes small building extensions, building of ramps, reinforcing concrete slabs for forklift use, etc…
There are a few artisans on site, but the client would require someone who knows the basics of small scale construction, and knows what to ask for if they are obtaining external quotes and knows what is important and how to go about things if they address it internally (this is a small portion of the job)
Mainly the candidate will be responsible for general factory and grounds maintenance
