The president’s been given 20 days to act against Gigaba for lying in court when he claimed he hadn’t given permission for the terminal.
Gigaba suffered another blow when the Constitutional Court confirmed a High Court ruling that he lied under oath.
Parliament’s Home Affairs Portfolio Committee chairperson, Hlomani Chauke, says Gigaba needs to clarify his position.
