Eskom is reducing load-shedding from stage 3 to stage 2 from 7am on Saturday. The embattled power utility says it’s due to a drop in demand and an improving generation system.
Eskom implemented stage 4 load-shedding this week after its Koeberg Unit tripped. It has since been brought back online. South Africans are urged to continue using electricity sparingly.

It seems that all did not end well between South Africa’s Maps Maponyane and Nomzamo Mbatha when the rumoured couple split back in 2018. All of the drama, thought to have been buried, was rehashed on Friday when a case of mistaken identity had one fan’s hopes up.
