10 Highest-Paid English Premier League Managers

Jurgen Klopp signed a bumper new deal with Liverpool on Friday, but where does the German manager now rank among the Premier League’s biggest earners? Here are the 10 highest-paid managers in the Premier League!

With reigning European champions Liverpool sitting at the top the Premier League table, Klopp once again committed his future to the club on Friday, when he penned a new deal, worth a reported £288 000 (R5.5 million) a week, that is set to expire in 2024.

That figure puts him alongside new Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho as the league’s joint-second-highest managerial earner, but both tacticians find themselves some way behind Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, who reportedly takes home £385 000 (R7.4 million) a week with the reigning Premier League champions.

High-flying Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is fourth after signing a new deal of his own earlier in the month, with the former Reds boss now said to be earning about £192 000 (R3.6 million) a week with the Foxes.

Manchester United’s Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rounds out the top five, with the 46-year-old Red Devils legend earning about £145 000 (R2.7 million) a week at Old Trafford.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard and 2013/14 Premier League-winning coach Manuel Pellegrini also feature in the top 10 – you can see the full list here below:
