Gauteng: At 06H22 Saturday Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N3 just after the London Road offramp in Alexandra.
Reports indicate that the driver of a bakkie lost control resulting in a rollover.
Shortly after the initial incident the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control also resulting in a rollover.
Medics assessed a 4-year-old female had sustained serious injuries and required advanced life support intervention to stabilise her.
Three other patients had sustained minor to moderate injuries and were treated on scene before being transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
