Junior Digital Brand Assistant

Are you thoughtful, creative, meticulous and resourceful? Then this is the position for you. The Atvance group is looking for a Digital Brand Marketer to join their growing team. Do you love everything social and digital and have your finger on the pulse of what’s working in the Digital media and what isn’t? You will support the digital marketing channels across websites, emails, social media, and content development for all different business within the Atvance group.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging written and visual content briefs for online platforms for each business.
Assist the marketing executive with developing social media strategies and monthly content ideas for each of the Atvance businesses. Monitoring social accounts daily and provide weekly reports on activities
Research and Development on trending topics for each business
Competitor digital analysis report monthly
Engaging with various online communities
Reviewing and reporting on performance and KPIs of Digital Agency
Working on paid campaigns with the Digital agency to ensure we get the full value
Monitor and measure the success of online community engagement through Analytics
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Support the day-to-day updates on all business websites
Assist in the development and delivery of online marketing campaigns, content, and functionality.
Support Product Marketing in digital promotion and planning of webinars and events.
Develop and measure content/posts for our social media platforms.
Deliver KPI reports on current website metrics and channel campaigns for effectiveness and reach with the Digital agency.
Support the planning and promotion workshops through digital channels for the different business units
General brand assistance to the Marketing executive

Essential skills and experience:

At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing and social media
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good understanding of how social media works
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation best practices
Ability to take initiative and manage projects from start to finish
Attention to detail
Ability to work individually and in a team
Adept in Microsoft Office
