Position: Debtors Clerk
As RAMP Group continues to grow, so does our volume of financial transactions. We need someone who is a perfectionist when it comes to details and accounting processes to join our team as a Debtors Clerk who will be accountable for the financial accounting function, management, and collection of debtors.
Key Performance Areas includes but is not limited to the below:
Responsible for Cost Control
Implementing financial control in a wholesale environment
Assist in the formulation of work measures, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency and cost savings
Accountable for ensuring that records for external audits are prepared
Managing of the debtor’s book.
Adhoc finance tasks, projects
And any other reasonable task

Minimum Requirements
Accounting Diploma or any other form of tertiary education focusing on accounting
Min 3 – 5 years of Debtors working experience
Knowledge of fundamental accounting practices
Experience working on debtors books of min 300 customers
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and is deadline-driven
Must be able to self manage as well as be part of a team
Good communication skills and customer service oriented
Strong PC skills, specifically Pastel Partner or Pastel Evolution or Excel
