My client within the cargo sector is searching for a vibrant individual to join their team as a Debtors Clerk. The company has been operating for more than 20 years within the industry and proven to be successful. They require the successful candidate to be detailed and able to work well under pressure.
Education:
Completed matric
Diploma/ certificate in Bookkeeping or Accountancy
Requirements:
2 – 3 years previous experience within a finance role
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of Dynamics AX will be advantageous
Experience with foreign accounts
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts reconciliations
Keep records of customers’ accounts
Collection of outstanding amounts
Send out client statements
Keep records on amounts owed and amounts paid
Calculation of interest on overdue accounts
