Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk
SYSPRO experience an advantage
Well-groomed and presentable
Self-motivated, organized and responsible ( stable work history)
Must be able to work independently
Punctual
Good organizational and administration skills

Responsibilities:

Working on Age Analysis
Send statements to clients
Debt Collecting
Create Credit Notes on Customer Accounts
Check and Manage Suspense Accounts
Opening new Accounts
Filing
Managing a Large Debtors book. ( Specs given in person when shortlisted Candidates are contacted)
