Debtors Clerk urgently needed: Salary R15 000 to R17 000 per month

Candidate must possess high accuracy levels and be detailed conscious. Ability to work as part of a team is a must and the position is deadline driven. Candidate will report to the Debtors Controller.This is a 6 month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Description

Managing the inflow and outflow of documents within the Debtors section of financial accounts ensuring that invoices, credit notes and statements are checked, balanced and dispatched timeously to ensure correct billing.

Ensuring that SAP financial system is kept up to date with correct information per Customer.

Ensuring that all Customer balances are collected by due date and that all queries, including requests for copy invoices and statements, are resolved quickly so that payment is not delayed.

To ensure accurate recording and processing of receipts advices and that the necessary back up documents are present and signed off by the Finance Supervisor at all times.
