We are on the lookout for a Dealership Receptionist
We are looking for a candidate with
Grade 12
Articulate witn strong communication skills – Bilingual speaking and writing skills an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, although more extensive computer knowledge is an asset
Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision
A team player capable of interacting professionally with both staff, vendors and customers
Adaptability and flexibility to deal with last minute changes to ensure highest level of service for staff and clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Key Activities include, but are not limited to;
Greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties when needed
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
