Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Verify entered customer ans account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
Secure information by completing data base backups
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Create reports

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
N6/ Diploma Management Assistant/ HR/ Business Management
1 year’s data capturing the experience

Skills:

Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to make decisions and escalate issues timeously

Ability to work under pressure
